Then follows a generous delicious cooked course - using fresh eggs from the free range chickens, and locally smoked bacon or may be salmon, home grown tomatoes? Maybe a specialty omelette or eggs hollandaise?
Of course, a selection of toasted bread and preserves, plunger coffee or English Breakfast or green tea complete the picture.

Stay at home Antipasto supper
If you have had a long journey or just want to kick your shoes off and relax, enjoy an informal antipasto platter in your room or choose a picnic spot in the garden. Please advise in advance.
The generous antipasto platter for two typically includes local salmon, mussels, smoked meats, fruit and cheese, crackers and bread with dips.
Enjoy your Marlborough wine (perhaps purchased on your private Marlborough wine tour), or select a beverage from the well stocked reasonable priced inroom mini-bar.
