Organically grown, hand-tended, some fermented with wild yeasts, Seresin grapes are
raised on a principle of working in harmony with nature. Complex flavours and palate texture feature in both Seresin wines and their wonderful extra virgin olive oil. We think their passion and commitment to their products is second to none.

Grove Mill Winery is the first winery in the world
to achieve CarboNZero Certification. Enjoy a very interesting vine library, aroma
demonstration art gallery and wetland area, as well as great wine!

Saint Clair is our closest winery and produce many award winning wines including Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Riesling, Gewurtztraminer, Pinot Noir
and Merlot.
We like this place - very good wine and a great building. Wither Hills Tasting
Room and Cellar is a state-of-the-art development perfectly integrated with the landscape
- with building materials, colours and scale reflecting the natural environment of the Wairau Valley.

Our
experience
shows us that a full day wine tasting can be exhausting on the palate
and the metabolism! If your itinerary allows, two half day
trips
may be preferable.
Lunch at a winery is an optional extra.
